I. Shtegman has been working in the Symphony orchestra of Russia since its foundation. He does a lot of conducting during rehearsals and concerts, participating in the orchestra's projects in Russia and abroad.
He is constantly performing with other orchestras: State Academic Symphony Capella of Russia, State Symphony Orchestra, directed by V.Ponkin, Chamber Orchestra of Moscow Conservatory.
For several years I.Shtegman was art director and chief conductor of Symphony Orchestra of Musicians' Union of the former USSR.
Igor Shtegman is highly professional and has great creative power. On his repertoire there are pieces of symphony classics as well as works by modem composers.
